It offers an invitation to practice pausing and noticing, and seeing what happens when giving ourselves the space to drop into that stillness too.\nThe practice day on the 29th of December brings the opportunity to be together with others in warmly held silence, to connect with yourself at the cusp of the new year, and to lean into guided practices and poetry that welcome you just as you are.\n
