Add a Mindful Intention or Wish

We would love for you to share an intention by filling in the form below.  We’d like to encourage you to frame the intention by starting with “May…”, for example,

  • “May I grow in wisdom every day”
  • “May each of us learn to be more tolerant”
  • “May I be as articulate as possible when speaking at a local charity group this Wednesday

You can be quite general, or quite specific.
