Transforming Anger Practice Day
Transforming Anger Practice Day with Choden
Sunday 10th April 2022 from 10.00am-16.00pm
Almost all of us struggle with anger in its various guises: fury, resentment, frustration, passive aggression, and irritation – to name but a few. Anger is very often toxic and embedded in destructive habits that can be a huge source of stress and unhappiness. But we can find a way to engage creatively with anger and transform it. Choden will draw on Tibetan Buddhist teachings and offer a series of practical steps for facing toxic anger such that it be transformed into a source of wisdom and vitality that enriches our lives. This practice day will be experiential and it will entail short teachings, guided practices and inquiry.
