MINDFULNESS LEVEL 1- BEING PRESENT ONLINE TAUGHT ON A THURSDAY EVENING
This is the introduction to our Level 1: Being Present Mindfulness Training taught on a Thursday evening. It can be taken in isolation as a retreat or a refresher for those already with a Mindfulness practice or is a perfect way to begin a Mindfulness journey. After the first part you can choose to continue to complete the course over three further parts taught every other week.

Part 1- 28th September, 5th October, 12th October, 19th October, 26th October 2023
Part 2- 16th November, 23rd November, 30th November, 7th December, 14th December 2023
Part 3- 4th January, 11th January, 18th January, 25th January, 1st February 2024
Part 4- 15th February, 22nd February, 29th February, 7th March, 14th March 2024
Price: Part 1 = £165.00 Parts 2 – 4 £495.00 = 6 monthly payments x £82.50
