Level 1 – Being Present – Online

Course Overview

You can now complete our Level 1 training from the comfort of your own home.  We are now providing an online version of our Level 1 – Being Present course, which gives an in-depth personal practice experience of our Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC).

  • The course is designed so that beginners can engage with the materials, as well as established practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and enter the teacher training pathway.
  • The course is offered in the format of 16 x 2.5hr live online sessions, delivered fortnightly over a period of approximately 7 months.
  • The course enables participants to establish an effective and regular daily mindfulness practice so as to help our minds to settle and stabilise. There is a brief break towards the end of the training for personal practice time.

Online Courses Available:

The next Level 1: Being Present online course begins on the 4th September 2019 and runs every other Wednesday evening from 19.00pm-21.30pm with MA tutor Jane Negrych. Each part is £150.00 including a manual.

Each ‘Part’ is the equivalent to one weekend. You may sign up for individual parts, as a means of making up for a weekend that you have missed while enrolled on another Level 1 course.
