I smile at myself, as I mostly think of it as resting in the mist, because that’s what it feels like. Sometimes mindfulness speak is punctuated with words I don’t in those moments relate to- like beauty and peace. Life is often so misty. The image of your mother biting her lip at the dumped bathing suit!
