Hi Jane, thank you for this wonderful post. I'm recovering from a hip operation I had last Wednesday (hooray, all good) and I am so excited about the future! So much so, for the last 4 days or so I've been making plans here there and everywhere but today realise, thanks to my husband, it's time to quieten down, tame that monkey mind and slow (snow)! down. Funny tho, my body knows how to be present I've just realised as I write this, because I am mindfully moving ~ I don't have any alternative! Grateful thanks to being mindful and to you and the team for such great posts x

Hi Jane
Loved your description of slowing down and of the need to be in "being mode". We are a bit snowed in here in Lincolnshire where there have been a lot of road closures and people stranded in cars. I feel the importance of enjoying and savouring the simple things in life. Hope to see you later. Love Richard xxx
