The longer I am on this path the more I appreciate sangha and all the support I feel from others on this path. I did my Mindfulness training with the Mindfulness Association in the very early days of courses and at the first meeting a few of us arranged to meet to support each others practice. We are still meeting and we all deeply respect this time we spend together.
