Our Online Mindfulness Courses
In the current climate we have been unable to teach our courses at our range of venues around the UK. However we have been quick to adapt and are now offering all courses over the next couple of months online.

You can also try our online taster courses for £24.95. These are facilitated via weekly emails containing talks, videos and audio practices which you can do at your own pace. Six months free subscription to our membership is included in this cost.
