Online Mindfulness Practice Days

Why not take some time out of your busy schedule and try one of our online practice days.

Each practice day will have a theme to deepen your Mindfulness practice, or can even be attended to start a practice.

The days start at 10am and finish at 4pm with lots of breaks away from the screen.

It’s a great way to be guided by an experienced Mindfulness tutor in your own home.
