We are offering a range of online practice days over the coming weeks for you to begin or deepen your practice.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our practice days.  You will be able to immerse yourself and learn with an experienced tutor and join a like minded group of people to practice with.

If you are experienced in mindfulness or meditation here is an opportunity for you to take some time out and deepen your practice.

Our practice days start at 10am and finish at 4pm.  There is plenty of time for breaks.

Each practice day costs just £30 and will be held on the conferencing software – Zoom.
