A Range of Courses to Complement Mindfulness Practice


We have a range of courses that complement and build on our core Mindfulness Training Programme.

Participation on these courses is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike and are not dependant on having completed any of the 4 Levels of Mindfulness training.

The range of courses include Stillness Through Movement, Engaged Mindfulness, Relational Mindfulness and Mindful Consuming.

We are continually developing new courses which will be added to this page.
