Humans evolved to spend time in and integrate with nature and this month we look at how the practice of mindfulness can help us connect with the small details of our natural surroundings.</p>
<p>Each day you get an idea, a prompt or a micro-practice that can help you turn your surroundings into a moment of grounded mindfulness awareness and appreciation. Stop, breathe and bring gratitude to the natural environment all around us.</p>
