Equanimity arose in my practice this morning too.
Navigating this current internal emotional terrain is interesting .For young people it is terrifying too so establishing a solid ground of compassion practice and equanimity and being fully present here now in this moment can allow us to move to the next step fully here ,fully aware, fully present to all unfolding.
