December Mindfulness Calendar – Prioritising Nourishing Activities

December is for many an exciting month.  There are preparations for Christmas, presents are bought, family get-togethers are planned and there is a narrative of festive joy and togetherness.  And while this is the story for many, we must also acknowledge that December and the winter can be challenging.

Fewer daylight hours, inclement weather and the many demands of the season can be overwhelming.  That is why this month our calendar is encouraging people to prioritise nourishing activities to support our wellbeing.
