Do you need support with attending a course?

We offer you a warm welcome to the Mindfulness Association and hope you will benefit from our training. We believe our prices are reasonable compared to similar offerings, but we recognise the reality of social inequality and financial disparities that means “reasonably priced” means something different to different people. Therefore, we want to make some places on each course  available to people who would otherwise not be able to access this training. This comes with the option to ‘pay it forward’ and donate whatever amount feels comfortable to the Everyone Project Charity.

The Everyone Project is a Mindfulness Association run initiative which funds 8-week mindfulness courses that are being offered for free to underprivileged groups. A significant proportion of our yearly income, as well as donations from other participants also go to this charity which is run entirely by volunteers.

If you’d like to make use of this offer, first a question: have you already done an MBLC course or Level 1: Being Present course?

If no – then the first step is to see whether you like our approach to mindfulness. Please sign up to our introductory Living Mindfully taster course by CLICKING HERE  to send us your details.

This is an email-based course of video teachings and guided practices which you can complete in your own time. When you have finished the Living Mindfully taster course, come back to this page to apply for a live (either online or in-person) course.

If yes – please CLICK HERE to go to complete a form to apply for support for a course.

Please note that financial support for courses is limited to one per applicant per year.

If you are able to make a financial contribution towards this course, then please make a donation of what you can afford to the Everyone Project Charity, so as to support others in accessing a Mindfulness course. Click here to make your donation to the Everyone Project.
