The Mindfulness Association has created a series of Online Mindfulness Courses that give you the opportunity to get a taster of our tutor-led group courses and a great introduction to Mindfulness, Compassion and Insight.
The online courses run for 10 weeks and you get an update each week with teachings, resource and practices. The courses are intended to give you a taster of our Level 1 Mindfulness, Level 2 – Compassion and Level 3 – Insight courses which are tutor led in small groups and held at various venues around the country.
Whatever it is that brings us to take our first steps on the journey of becoming more mindful, we recognise that present-moment compassionate living is the journey of a lifetime. Our Online Mindfulness courses support this journey.
