Online practice days

Why not take some time out of your busy schedule and try one of our online practice days?


Our Mindfulness Practice Days provide the opportunity for you to take time out and practice Mindfulness in the comfort of your own home, with one of our experienced tutors. Each practice day will have a theme to deepen your Mindfulness practice, or can even be attended to start a practice.

The days are online and start at 10am and finish at 4pm with lots of breaks away from the screen.

There will be guidance and the opportunity to practice with like minded people in a group together as well as being in your own home.
