
Mindfulness Level 1 – Second Autumn Intake
Tuesday Evenings Online
This is the introduction to our Level 1: Being Present Mindfulness Training taught on a Tuesday evening. It can be taken in isolation as a retreat or a refresher for those already with a Mindfulness practice or is a perfect way to begin a Mindfulness journey. After the first part you can choose to continue to complete the course over three further parts.

Dates on a Tuesday evening:
Part 1- 18th November, 25th November, 2nd December, 9th December and 16th December 2025
Part 2- 6th January, 13th January, 20th January, 27th January and 3rd February 2026
Part 3- 10th February, 24th February, 3rd March, 10th March and 17th March 2026
Part 4- 24th March, 31st March, 7th April, 14th April and 21st April 2026.
Times: 19.00pm-21.00pm

You will be contacted after attending the first part to book the following three parts, these can be paid for in six monthly instalments of £82.50.
