We offer refunds/replacements within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase date, you will not be offered a refund or replacement of any kind. We do not offer a returns policy. Please do get in touch as soon as possible so we can investigate the matter for you.
Eligibility for Refunded / Replacement products
- Damaged in transit, wrong quantity of product, lack of quality in the delivered product.
- If your claim is approved we are happy to send a complimentary replacement or process a full refund.
- For packages lost in transit or returned to sender please get in touch within 30 days of your estimated delivery date and we will do all we can to assist you.
Cancelling Orders
We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing all order details and shipping information, before proceeding to checkout to prevent any errors. However, if a mistake is identified or if an order needs to be cancelled for other reasons, it is possible to do so only if the order has not been sent for printing. If an order is cancelled that is in production only the shipping costs can be refunded.
Address Changes
- It’s not feasible to change the country of an existing order. If the country needs to be changed, the customer will have to place a new order.
- Once an order’s status progresses to print altering the shipping address is no longer possible. Similar to a country change, a new order would be required by the customer.
- Providing a definitive time frame for modifying orders after placement is not feasible. The time before print production begins varies for each order and is influenced by multiple factors.
