
Sharing Your Treasure
Sharing Your Treasure is a comprehensive online workshop series designed to empower mindfulness teachers to share their unique gifts with the world. 5 x 2 hour sessions 7pm to 9pm on 5 consecutive Mondays starting 15th June 2026
This training is an opportunity to reflect deeply on the heart treasure we each have to share. Participants will identify the audiences they are genuinely called to serve and how to connect with them. As our unique Karmic Assignment is recognised, then the most direct and authentic way to turn aspirations into action naturally presents itself.

Course Overview
This five-week programme is based on the Mindfulness Innovation Mandala and offers interactive sessions as an invitation to explore the following key topics:
- Sharing Your Treasure: Clarify your vision, mission, and the impact you aspire to achieve as a mindfulness educator.
- Connecting with Your Audience: Identify and effectively communicate with your intended participants, ensuring your teachings resonate deeply.
- Altruistic Action: Develop sustainable programs that align with ethical mindfulness practices, assess required resources and integrate your vision.
- Practical Implementation: Transform insights into actionable plans with the support of peers and experienced mentors.

Each session will have teaching, practices/reflections, small group discussions and time for questions.
To make the most of this training, participants will be expected to do some homework reflection practices and journalling.
The course will be led by Vin Harris and Kristine Janson.
