Whatever it is that brings us to take our first steps on the journey of becoming more mindful, we recognise that present-moment compassionate living is the journey of a lifetime.

We are all very busy in our modern lives and some people are looking for ways in which to cope with their anxiety, stress and pain. Furthermore, we are looking for ways in which to enhance our wellbeing and cope better with life’s challenges.

Mindfulness Level 1

Being Present

Our mindfulness training provides an in-depth personal practice experience in a tutor led group environment: It is ideal for beginners and for those who have previous experience of mindfulness and who want to develop their practice.

Mindfulness Level 2

Compassion

Responding with Compassion course enables participants to develop their mindfulness practice by training in compassion.

  • It is ideal for those who have completed the Level 1 mindfulness training and who wish to continue to develop their mindfulness practice so as to hold inner experience with warmth and kindness.
  • If you have already completed an 8 week mindfulness course such as MBSR or MBCT – you can join this course by taking a short on-line course first.

Mindfulness Level 3

Insight

Our Seeing Deeply Insight Level 3 course aims to enable participants to develop their mindfulness practice by developing insight into the mental processes that drive our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. This Seeing Deeply course builds on the Level 1 and Level 2 trainings that preceded it. In the insight training we deepen our understanding of psychological mental processes by exploring the roots of our experience, and what drives us.

Mindfulness for Life

Our Mindfulness for Life programmes have been designed to help bring together a community of practitioners so that we can support and encourage one another on this lifelong adventure.

The exploration of how we might develop a sustainable mindfulness practice as the basis for effective compassionate action is at the heart of Mindfulness for Life.
