Whatever it is that brings us to take our first steps on the journey of becoming more mindful, we recognise that present-moment compassionate living is the journey of a lifetime. A mindfulness course with us is a great starting point we offer courses and a community to support your journey.
We are all very busy in our modern lives and some people are looking for ways in which to cope with their anxiety, stress and pain. Furthermore, we are looking for ways in which to enhance our wellbeing and cope better with life’s challenges.
The Mindfulness Association run courses that support your mindfulness practice for life. We are acredited with the UK Network of Mindfulness teachers (now BAMBA) and are run by a team with decades of experience. Please browse our mindfulness courses below and we hope to see you soon!
If so, you can join our next online access course. The next one takes place over five weeks on a Tuesday evening (29th October- 26th November 2019) from 19.00pm till 20.30pm with Heather Regan-Addis.
Completing this course, delivered over five weekly sessions will enable you to join our Level 2: Responding with Compassion course.

Our Seeing Deeply Insight Level 3 course aims to enable participants to develop their mindfulness practice by developing insight into the mental processes that drive our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. This Seeing Deeply course builds on the Level 1 and Level 2 trainings that preceded it. In the insight training we deepen our understanding of psychological mental processes by exploring the roots of our experience, and what drives us.

Our from Mindfulness to Insight five day retreat provides an opportunity for experienced Mindfulness practitioners and/or teachers to attend an access course and then enrol on the Mindfulness Association Level 3 training in Insight.
