(Individual supervision only)
Fay Adams has been a tutor within the Mindfulness Association since it began. She teaches on the University of Aberdeen’s Studies in Mindfulness MSc and is a teacher trainer. Fay completed a supervision training with Bangor University in 2013 and she trains mindfulness supervisors for the MA. She lives in Herefordshire with her partner and son.
Fay spent 6 years living on the Holy Isle retreat island off the west coast of Scotland, where she practiced mindfulness as a way to navigate her chronic head, neck and back pain and also became a student of Tibetan Buddhism. She is deeply committed to her personal practice and is passionate about sharing the benefits with others. She takes a lot of satisfaction from witnessing the power of mindfulness inquiry in her one to ones with supervisees.
