Our Mindfulness for Life Courses include a wide range of short online courses for living mindfully which support, enhance and deepen an existing practice, or that can be taken in isolation. Some courses require no previous experience and are an ideal way to dip your toe into the world of Mindfulness.

Also, there are courses within this programme for those who have completed the first three levels of Mindfulness, Compassion, and Insight, and wish to continue to practice with a community of practitioners on this lifelong adventure.

All courses on the program meet the annual continuing professional development (CPD) requirements of the UK Good Practice Guidelines (GPGs) for mindfulness teachers, but you will need to ensure that 50% of your waking time on retreat is spent in silence.
