Saturday 13th February 2021 10- 4pm
Bring a ray of sunshine into the gloom as we nurture a smile into our being and spend a day of gentle mindfulness practice together.
You may have been attending our daily practice sessions, or have already done a little Mindfulness training, or even read about it. If you would like a taster of what the Mindfulness Course is about and what to expect – this one day practice day will give you a little taster. We will also practice some ‘taking in the good’ which is my favourite practice for focussing on what is right in our lives rather than what is wrong.
On this Online Practice Day we will be providing some of the practices from our Mindfulness Course including a body scan, Settling the Mind with Breath support, the Loving Kindness Practice and a Mindful Movement Session with very gentle Qigong.
You don’t need any experience to join this practice day as it is suitable for beginners but also an opportunity for more experienced practitioners to deepen into a day dedicated to practice.
The day will end with a Taking in the Good Practice where we bring something that made us feel good or smile into our minds and allow it to grow and nurture our being.
