Mindfulness Level 1- Being Present Online taught on a Wednesday evening
This is the introduction to our Level 1: Being Present Mindfulness Training taught on a Wednesday evening. It can be taken in isolation as a retreat or a refresher for those already with a Mindfulness practice or is a perfect way to begin a Mindfulness journey. After the first part you can choose to continue to complete the course over three further parts taught every other week.

Dates on a Wednesday evening:
Part 1- 12th January, 26th January, 9th February and 2nd March 2022
Part 2- 9th March, 23rd March, 6th April and 13th April 2022
Part 3- 4th May, 18th May, 1st June and 22nd June 2022
Part 4- 6th July, 20th July, 10th August and 24th August 2022
Price: Part 1 = £150.00 Parts 2 – 4 £450.00 = 6 monthly payments x £75.00
