MINDFULNESS LEVEL 1: Being Present ~ Tuesday Evenings
This is the introduction to our Level 1: Being Present Mindfulness Training taught on a Tuesday evening. It can be taken in isolation as a retreat or a refresher for those already with a Mindfulness practice or is a perfect way to begin a Mindfulness journey. After the first part you can choose to continue to complete the course over three further parts taught weekly.

Part 1- 16th April, 23rd April, 30 April, 7th May and 14th May 2024
Part 2- 4th June,11th June,18th June, 25th June and 2nd July 2024
Part 3- 16th July, 23rd July, 30th July, 3rd September and 10th September 2024
Part 4- 24th September, 1st October, 8th October, 15th October and 22nd October 2024
