Here at the Mindfulness Association, Mindfulness is a way of life and not a brief intervention for relieving symptoms. Our unique compassion-based mindfulness courses are for life. Our Mindfulness courses cater for beginners, experienced practitioners, those that want to train to teach Mindfulness and experienced teachers
We have a members community, a mindfulness for life programme with some great retreats and a continuing professional development program for all the teachers out there.

Mindfulness Association 10th Anniversary Weekend
I hope you were able to take part in our 10th Anniversary celebrations at the weekend. Attendees were able to enjoy 2 days full of practice and guided sessions which included a Preview of 10th Anniversary documentary, a talk by Lama Yeshe, Engaged Mindfulness, Mindfulness Based Inclusion approach, Mindful Consuming, Buddhist approach to compassion with Choden and An Adventure Waiting to Happen.

We raised over £2000 in donations to the Everyone Project, which will enable many people to benefit from Mindfulness, who wouldn’t normally have the opportunity. If you would like to contribute to the donations please go the The Everyone Project website and click on the donate button.
The weekend was free to all our members. Watch out for future benefits and free practice sessions for members.
