Mindfulness Level 1 ~ Online Thursday Evenings
This is the introduction to our Level 1: Being Present Mindfulness Training taught on a Thursday evening. It can be taken in isolation as a retreat or a refresher for those already with a Mindfulness practice or is a perfect way to begin a Mindfulness journey. Part 1- 9th May, 16th May, 23rd May and 30th May 2024
Part 2- 20th June, 27th June, 4th July and 11th July 2024
Part 3- 25th July, 1st August, 8th August and 15th August 2024
Part 4- 5th September, 12th September, 19th September and 26th September 2024
Times: 19.00pm-21.30pm
You will be contacted after attending the first part to book the following three parts, these can be paid for in six monthly instalments of £82.50.
