Online Practice Day

This practice day led by Kristine Mackenzie-Janson will be a gentle invitation to practice growing our allowing and accepting of self and others. The attitudinal foundations of non-judgement and accepting (or as it says in one of Rob Nairn’s definitions of mindfulness: knowing what is happening while it is happening, no matter what it is), are at the heart of our mindfulness practice and can have a deep impact on our sense of well-being and belonging.
In a supportive and nourishing flow of practices, we will explore accepting various aspects of ourselves in the morning. After lunch we’ll move into widening our circles to include others, both in our daily lives and further afield, working with our edges to embrace difference where we find it. The afternoon will offer some reflective sharing in small groups as well as more personal practice. Join us for spacious acceptance, deep resting and a gentle stretching of the heart.
